Felt much better today. The best I have in 3 days. Could have something to do with the fact that I stretched for a few minutes prior to starting. I also ran the first mile at 8:00 and the second at 7:30. Miles 3,4 and 5 were at 7:03, 6:53 and 7:10. Closed out the run with a slight cool down at 7:24. Got a little tired at the end but overall a good run.
