woke up at 10:15. missed the team. mark and i first did douglas statue then came back then matt wan said it was suppsoed to be a long run day then went back outside for morning loop but mark's hands were frozen so he did a loop of wash then biked maybe? then tacked on some more. mark that is. who tacked on more.
