pretty decent at MSI, learning to get back into a rhythm. could probably have done another 1-2 repeats, but had to shit. a little fast opening the first repeat maybe like 5:40 pace for 200-300m, but otherwise even pacing throughout. still debating whether to stick with 3 minute reps, or lengthen up to 5, or just add more reps.
