wow what a terrible terrible workout. did this spring '10 in 5:35 avg mile, although fell off to 3:31 at the end of that. really just got no sleep last night and couldn't stay focused on the repeats. stiff legs, hitting these splits was by no means difficult--didn't feel like i was working hard at all, but just couldn't move faster. kept recoveries under 3:30.
