VO2 = 5:28. probably could have done five. best VO2. no watch on the second, came through 800m in 2:38 on the last. i don't have it logged, but checking spiegs, last year this workout was on the 9:40 at washpark, and i think i was never under 5:30. i do remember finishing the fourth around 5:40+, and the last probably just under 5:50 and feeling generally not good.
