Notes
I had to adjust my running times to the end of the work day and I feel it. Two days in a row, running less than 11 miles cumulitive and I feel like poo. Today was better than yesterday but heart rate was irratic. I need to remember to eat lunch a little earlier and cut back on the water after 1200. Tomorrow is off, 10 Sat and 12 Sun. Marathon in 1 month!
