Total garbage. Made a terrible rookie mistake even though I knew better. Took off with the lead pack, maintained their pace for approx. 3 miles and then ran out of gas. I didn't follow my own advice, dumbass.....at mile 7 I was spent; I was happy to just finish. Another race October 6th, Beirut Memorial 10k. Lets see how I do on that one. On another note, need to recalibrate my pedometer. Per it, it was a 14.75 race, that means I gained a 10th of a mile every mile. Maybe reconsider the Garmin GPS/HRM.
