Fartlek day, the workout was 5x2 minutes on/3 minutes off with the hard segments at 5k effort. I felt great about this workout, and the day was perfect for a good run. My legs felt pretty good during the run, although my right arch was feeling weirdly tight and I had a bit of shin splint pain on the right side. As I sit here now, I am feeling some decent soreness in my left Achilles, so perhaps a bit too hard of a workout. We'll see how it feels tomorrow.
