Pretty easy before work run. I went right up to Sundown via Airport Road and then back down Route 100 to the access road. Obviously net downhill, but there are still some decent climbs, and overall the pace felt good and easy. The Achilles are feeling a bit sore, so I'll probably do 4-5 or so tomorrow.
