I skipped yesterday for no other reason than that I overslept. Today's run was another very easy outing that felt pretty good. I did 2 ~10 second relaxed sprints before this run. Over the next few weeks, I'm going to build up to doing 6-8 of these before a couple of easy runs a week and try hard to stick with it.
