Very easy Friday loop day. Ellen and I were both still pretty tired feeling, presumably from being sick, so this was just a nice gentle run for us. It was nice to do a real run after last weekend's disastrous attempt at a first run back from Covid, but I can tell I have a ways to go before I'm back in the shape I was in even just a couple of months ago.
