Fartlek morning, I backed off the intensity compared to the last few weeks, only doing 8x45 second repeats at a bit slower of a pace. This morning I realized that I can't remember the last time my legs hurt in any of the usual spots while running; they've been tired, but for the most part very comfortable. I like this.
