Treadmill mile in Addiction Walkers! I didn't even change into running clothes. This was harder than it should have been, and it makes me a bit worried for Sunday. Although to keep it in perspective for myself, I was wearing cargo shorts and Addiction Walkers while running on a treadmill in a dressing room, so the difficulty may not be an adequate representation of my fitness.
