Cruise interval style workout today, with six repeats of 4 on, 1 off. The 4 minutes on started out around 6:40 pace and progressed down to 6:30, then 6:15 for the last one, with the 1 minute jog being whatever pace felt very easy, which varied between low 8:00s up to 10:00s for one. I should probably take the hard sections a bit easier so that I don't wipe myself out too bad.
