Notes
Nice and easy run today, and it was outside, so that felt great. I would have preferred to go a little longer, but as my first run outside in a while, this will do fine. I want to get out tomorrow, but it looks like there's going to be weather again. I just hope this winter doesn't get too snowy so I can continue running outside without issue.
