Notes
Really disappointed today. Goal was 10 miles with 8 x 2 min on 2 min off (5k pace), but I ran into a problem. I felt awesome for about 2 miles, and then suddenly I felt like my stomach was full of some kind of bubbling poison. It was pretty awful, and I ended up having to cut short my run. As I sit here I still have a stomachache. Hoping this clears up, as I was only able to get 5 of the intervals done, and I'd really rather be able to run more than 5 miles at a time.
