Really pleased with this long run. I did about 10 with Ellen and then added on another 6.5 by myself. I'm thrilled with how easily I was able to get through the whole thing. It probably helped that we did the first 10 at about 8:40 pace, so it was nice and easy for the first 2/3 of the run. The last 1/3 was done alone and I did probably 7:45 pace. My legs felt fantastic, though by the end I was definitely getting tired. Ultimately, though, my ankles/achilles were feeling excellent and I feel like I'm really getting back to shape.
