Notes

This was a good run, the longest I've done in a while. Only 6 miles, but I need to start small. The pace was not bad, a little rough in the beginning with that big hill, but after that it was smooth sailing for the rest of the way. My aerobic system is much stronger than my legs are right now though, that is definitely my limiting factor.
