I went at this probably too hard for a first day. 20 minutes at 110 RPMs followed by 20 minutes at 120 RPMs and then another 20 minutes 110 RPMs. I didn't realize how much sweat I was losing, so I ended up super fucking dehydrated, just had to sit on the stairs all dizzy and nauseous for 15 minutes until I could stand long enough to get water. My butt is also unbelievably sore from the seat. But man, what a workout.
