Today I ran relatively easy. I'm making an effort to stay in "zone 2" for most of my runs, because I want to build a good, solid base before this half marathon. My left achilles was pretty achy after this one, but everything else felt OK. I'm going to make a solid effort to keep my runs easy and do a good amount of strengthening work and just see how it all goes.
