Pretty solid workout today with a little scare. I was planning 2 x 20 minutes at steady state pace, but I got a calf tweak about 7 minutes into the second one. It was just a small sensation, but it left me very worried. I ended up stopping to massage, then jogging a bit to test it. It felt ok, so I ran to the 10 minute mark and stopped.

I ended up feeling fine on the run home, and now hours later there's nothing there at all. I'm glad I was cautious though, because I'd rather stop a workout short than get hurt and take months off again. I'll probably toss these Rebels; maybe a little superstitious, but all the calf stuff I've had in the past year or so has occurred while wearing them. It could be that I'm just getting back to workouts, but I'll err on the side of caution.
