Notes

This turned out to be a pretty decent little pseudo-long run. The pace was on the slow side, but it made the distance very easy to manage and it was a solid confidence booster. I want to be able to run 12-14 miles every Sunday again, so this is a good step. No aches or pains either, so this was good all around.
