Notes
Easy little run today. I was going to do more like an hour or so, but I was with Ellen and knew that she wouldn't go back if I didn't. This was her first run in 2 weeks and she needed to take it easy, so I called this run off early so that we could have a nice, easy day. My legs felt great, and I'm looking forward to getting tomorrow's long run done.
