Notes
Just a very easy run after work. I think I'm finding that either my shoes are definitely in need of replacement, or running after a 9 hour day on my feet is harder than I anticipated. It's probably a function of both, but tonight's run felt rough on my legs. Even though I ran easy, it seemed like I was not dealing with the impact so well. It's likely got a lot to do with my running partner for the last 500 miles, the Adrenaline. I hope they deem me worthy at work and my discount kicks in soon.
