Easy run on the treadmill after a semi-busy day. This run was actually pretty good; I started around 8:30 pace and dropped it slightly when I got that comfortable cruising feeling, usually about 3/4 of a mile. I intentionally dropped it to 7:00 for the last half mile just to get some time at a bit faster pace. Everything felt good, and I never felt like I was straining.
