Easy day, I kept the length short and the pace conversational. Obviously, I was running alone, but I talked to myself a little bit. It's kind of alarming that my quads are still sore from Friday, but they are definitely less sore than the past couple days.

I also added a few strides in at the end, about 100m in length, starting around mile pace and building to all out in the last 15-20 meters. Emphasis on keeping as relaxed as possible. This is something that I've really been neglecting in my training, and I'm going to try and get better about adding these to many of my runs.
