Just an easy six in the blinding snow, down to a mailbox beyond Mad Meadows Road and back. I hate having a couple good days followed by a comparatively lousy day (in terms of HR). My average was below 145, but I kept going over on hills, and even on a couple flats where I was a little overzealous. Last two miles I averaged 142 and 143 respectively. My ankle still has a little bit of a twinge to it, which worries me; maybe I should call off the long run I planned for tomorrow and take my rest day early? We'll see about that when tomorrow comes.
