My plan was 7, but I had another twinge in my right calf that scared me. I did a mix of walking and jogging to get back home and then stretched out once I got inside. I'm really concerned that this could develop into another injury. I'll probably take at least a few days off and focus on foam-rolling and trying to stay on top of this.
