Easy little run today, but the wind was wild. We were going to go to the reservoir and run some strides in the middle of this, but the wind was crazier than I think I've ever experienced. We had to reroute and do this 8 miles through other areas, so we only got 4 strides in rather than 8. It felt good though, nice and easy, and my legs were nice and fresh during the strides.
