Notes
Very easy run this morning, I went straight down Plunkton to the Brook Road and stopped in the village to get picked up for work. The pace is a bit misleading, but all that downhill makes for a nice, easy run. My legs are feeling pretty tired out today, but the run wasn't bad at all.
