Very nice day for a harder run. I did the same fartlek run as last week, 11.5 miles with 6 intervals of 3 on 3 off at 5k pace. It felt pretty good, though the last one was a bit tough, especially since it was going up that hill on 135 and the day had warmed up to a pretty good temperature.
