Notes

This was not a very good run, but better than yesterday's. I still have heavy fatigue in my legs for no apparent reason. My goal was to finish "strong" where strong means around 7:30 pace or faster. I was only able to do this for the last 200m or so, but at least I was able. On the plus side, the inaugural run in the Lunarfly 2 was ok, they feel pretty decent so I'm pleased with the choice thus far.
