Notes
Despite the steady rain, this was a very good run. The pace felt very easy, my legs and lungs were doing well, the only negative about this run was the weather, and until it started raining the weather was great too. Perhaps this is a sign of how all my runs will be down in the pioneer valley. One can only hope.
