Super busy day at work, so Jason, Matt, and I went for a super easy run after. About four and a half, we started slow, picked up in the middle for a bit by mistake, then rolled in slowly for the end. Felt good, hopefully I can get at least 8 in tomorrow. Working in Melrose until 6 tomorrow, so it'll be a late day.
