Notes
Today's route was down to North Hollow Road, out to Connecticut Road, and then back for a total of 10.63 miles. I thought this run was 11 miles total, but I was sadly mistaken.
All I can say is this: when planning a decently hard run in the future, I will remember to not go to Taco Bell and have a Mexican pizza, three tacos, and a burrito. Talk about GI upset. Otherwise, this run was really good. The pace felt easier than it actually was, which was nice, although the hilly areas were pretty tough. I got into a serious rhythm towards the end and dipped down around 7 flat, but that was only for about a mile and a half. Most of the run was a pretty even 7:40-50 pace, with that one quick 1.5 and then a slow 1.25 up the final hills.
