Really solid workout today. I did a 30 minute steady state run with a 2 mile warmup and a 10 minute cooldown. Overall I felt fantastic, and I was very encouraged given that just two days ago I did that 12+ mile run. No aches, no pains, and the pace and HR stayed pretty even (~7:15 and 175-178 or so). I'm really encouraged by this run!
