It's been a couple of days, but my achilles is feeling good so I did ~30 minutes. I went faster than I intended, but I felt decent. My right achilles was a bit sore throughout, but it never got worse, and after the run it hasn't been hurting at all. I think I'm probably back on track, but I'll keep being cautious for now.
