The PT suggested I try some gentle run/walking to get blood in the area. She says I can't re-injure myself doing this, so I'll give it a shot. I did 2:00 walking and 1:00 running, which felt OK. I still feel pain in the area and it's very tender after the run, but I'll go with her advice for a while.
