Decent run after classes. My legs still have a bit of residual soreness from the sprints, which tells me it's something I should be working on. The run itself was good, I was never breathing really hard, although up some of the hills it was definitely "2-2" breathing, a la Daniels' book. I settled into a good pace early, and gradually ramped it up until it was probably under 7 for the last couple miles.
