This morning's workout ended up being a pretty good run, despite all the soreness I was experiencing yesterday. I did the same workout from a couple weeks ago (4x5 mintues) with decreasing rest each time. I ended up averaging around 6:55 pace for the hard bits, which I'm reasonably happy with. It felt harder than I would have liked, but it was still manageable. I could have done, and almost did, a 5th rep, but I decided not to get ahead of myself.

After the run, my legs felt all right. There was some definite soreness in my right calf, but that is regular muscle soreness as opposed to the old injury feeling.
