I did the same route as yesterday, but I tried to take it slower today. My HR tended not to spike as badly as it did before (though I did hit 196 going up a steep hill), but I was obviously moving a lot slower. Then again, I was riding into a pretty rough headwind for a few miles, and that felt a lot harder than it would have running. My legs were also definitely tired from yesterday, but I'm going to keep at it for a while, at least until I feel good about running again.
