I didn't end up getting my long run yesterday, on account of all the holiday business we had to deal with, so we did it on Monday morning. It turned pretty hot while we were out (86 when we finished, with a "feels like" temperature in the 90s), but the run was pretty decent. My achilles were definitely aching at the end and I was worn right out by this run, but all in all, it was a success. My legs currently feel great, so that adds to the feeling of accomplishment from today.
