Windy, windy day. I got home a little too late to start a 9 miler and not finish in the dark, so I did the 7.5 loop (and was still coming in right before full on nightfall). Stuck in the middle were 3 10k-HM pace miles, ~6:10 pace overall. They felt comfortable on the flats and downs, but pretty rough on the uphills.
