Notes

It was kind of chilly this morning when I started, and the temperature got about 10 degrees warmer over the course of the run. I saw Liz and Linda King running on Plunkton, which begs the question: what were they doing out here? Their house is 30 minutes away, so it's a bit of a mystery to my why they were out running in my neck of the woods.

I decided to do the Senor Loop, and if I felt like it at the end I'd add an extra two on to make it a little over ten. I did this, because I felt really good today for whatever reason. Not sure if it was the lower temperature, or if I was more hydrated, or what, but I felt like I could have gone for three or four miles more at least, and I was rolling along at a pretty strong pace compared to my normal daily runs. My intent was to average 155 HR for the course of it, and I was close enough. As usual, I kind of pushed a little for the last mile, not to a faster pace, but just to keep the same pace up the hills toward the end.
