Very nice day, spring is definitely on its way. I think I was going faster than 10s, but that last mile or so is predominantly uphill, which is where I hit my max HR of the run. Then again, the first mile is mostly downhill since it's an out and back, so the real question is this: do downhills speed me up more than uphills slow me down? I'd like to think that they even out.

Finally got to do a run that isn't Plunkton Road, and I was very pleased with it. Doing the same route over and over all winter makes me appreciate any different courses.
