This is day two of runs that were way harder than they should have been. My legs just felt tight and stiff, and I felt overheated the whole time. The heat is gone, why am I sweating like crazy and struggling still? Maybe I'll take tomorrow off and then try for 6-8 or so on Wednesday. I can't have lost all my fitness in just 5 days off.
