Man, this was one of the worst runs I can remember. It started as an average Sunday long run, but I had an inkling something would go wrong when I realized I was hungry two miles in. At around mile 7, I considered cutting it short at 10 miles can being done, but I wanted the full course I planned.
At mile 10 or so I started getting pretty bad ITB pain out of nowhere. Haven't had it in a long time, but it showed up today out of the blue. It lessened a couple miles later, but the hunger never did. I was so hungry I was shaking and my legs were weak. It was pretty dumb of me to go out without getting more food.
