Notes
This was a nice run around the town of Nahant. This was perhaps the best run I've done this summer, it was very scenic.
My legs were tired and a little sore, but this run felt good overall. It was hot and somewhat hilly, but I had fun. I went out in 46:00 or so and came back a little bit faster, so I was pretty happy.
