It felt like I was plodding along today, but I'm still under 8:00 pace. I'm really curious to know why I can't get closer to or slower than 8:00 miles. Anyway, the legs felt a bit better today, but still very beaten up. I don't know why they are feeling so run down, but I hope it goes away soon.
