Notes
One word: under-dressed. It was wicked fucking cold this morning, with a stiff breeze blowing the whole time. I actually had to stop at Colella's to warm up. I guess pants and a long-sleeve t-shirt aren't going to cut it anymore. Too bad that all my winter running gear is missing; I suppose it's time to make use of my job related discounts and get some cold weather apparel. First on the list is a hat and some gloves.
The run itself was fine, nice and easy. No leg fatigue that I noticed, although it was hard to notice much besides the cold.
